December 22, 2025

Gilbert, Ariz.—Schnitzer Properties announced today the acquisition of Warner Commons Commerce Center in Gilbert, Ariz., a four-building modern industrial campus completed in 2023. The 75-year-old family-owned company acquired its first Phoenix-area property in 1963.

Prior to this most recent acquisition, Schnitzer Properties owned and operated over 2.5 million SF of commercial real estate holdings in Arizona over 16 properties with 150+ tenants. In addition to this acquisition, Schnitzer Properties will announce the completion of nearly 650,000 SF of newly developed flex industrial properties in Phoenix and Tucson in 2026.

Upon the sale, Warner Commons Commerce Center was 83 percent leased with a diverse tenant roster including Anthropologie Home, Dykman Electrical, Salt River Project (SRP), and Fat Fender Garage.

“Our family has invested in Phoenix for over 60 years. We started making it more of a priority 10 years ago,” said Schnitzer Properties President and CEO Jordan Schnitzer. “We are now focusing tremendous resources to buy and build flex industrial spaces in the Greater Phoenix area because we are confident that this is one of the best places in America to start or grow a business!”

Completed in 2023, Warner Commons Commerce Center features modern industrial specifications including 26'–32' clear heights, full concrete truck courts, ESFR sprinklers, and ample dock-high and grade-level loading. The buildings offer flexible configurations for last-mile logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and showroom users.

“Along with our ground-up developments, this acquisition is a strategic step forward for the Schnitzer Properties portfolio as we continue to expand our footprint in the Phoenix region. This addition complements our existing portfolio, allows us to grow our platform, and enhances our ability to serve existing and future tenants,” said Schnitzer Properties Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Reed Gottesman.
