For more than 70 years, Harsch Investment Properties has been a trusted name in commercial real estate. Under the leadership of company founder Harold Schnitzer and his son, Jordan Schnitzer, we have built meaningful relationships with our tenants, grown as a company, and created a legacy of giving connected to the Schnitzer family name.
To honor our past and carry the story forward for generations to come, we are becoming Schnitzer Properties.
While our name is changing, what we do and who we are is not. We will continue to grow as a dynamic real estate company, which today owns and operates 28 million square feet of property with more than 4,200 tenants in six states. We will continue to work closely with each of you to meet your needs and continue to deliver excellent customer service. And we will continue to give back to the community to improve the lives of others.

Our History
Schnitzer Properties was founded by Harold Schnitzer in 1951 when he converted an old warehouse into an office building. Today, his son, Jordan, serves as president of the company, directing its long-term strategy. Schnitzer Properties cultivates diverse, well-located properties positioned for long-term growth. We own and operate more than 150 properties in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah.
Our portfolio includes a wealth of office, multi-tenant industrial, multi-family, and retail commercial properties. In seven regional offices, over 280 real estate professionals work in their markets and close to their customers. This network supports the company’s competitive advantage and superior customer service.
